Standard appointments are 10 minutes. Please advise when booking if you require a longer appointment. New patients, medical reports or procedures may require a longer appointment. We have multiple incoming phone lines to take your appointments.

Emergencies take priority over appointments and will receive immediate attention. Repeat prescriptions will only be provided without consultation in exceptional circumstances.

Established in 1985. 

The Blue House Surgery aims to provide quality care and full availability of services on site in Narooma or by arrangement with cooperating medical, hospital and health services.    


Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness. 

We aim to ensure that each patient will always have the best possible treatment available to them. All doctors in the practice regularly attend professional development programs and are constantly looking for new and better treatment techniques.

We conduct ourselves in accordance with the traditional Hippocratic Code which provides, among other things, patient confidentiality and the avoidance of harm in the pursuit of better health.

All our equipment is up-to-date, our staff are trained in the latest techniques, our practice runs smoothly and professionally, you will get the best possible care and be bulk billed. Health care is our primary objective.  


Your privacy is very important to us at the Blue House Surgery. All patient information is private and confidential. The rights of every patient are respected. 

All our pathology and radiology reports are sent to us via secure encrypted messaging providers.

We do not use our email to receive or send reports or patient information to either other parties or to patient themselves as privacy cannot be guaranteed on unencrypted email. 

This practice complies with Federal and State privacy legislation.
